About the Role

The Group IT team in Singapore is hiring a Level 2 Regional IT Engineer to help run a regional technology landscape, partner on corporate IT projects, improve cybersecurity, and deliver dependable technical support across several countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver second-line support to users across the region and work to close issues within expected timeframes.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Set up, roll out, and manage Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Handle endpoint administration and application deployment using endpoint management tools.
  • Support endpoint protection tools, assist with vulnerability handling, and help resolve security incidents.
  • Manage user identities, permissions, and access rights in line with internal security controls.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems, Windows Server environments, and virtualisation platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues such as LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing problems.
  • Track infrastructure availability, system health, and security compliance status.
  • Keep IT records current, including documentation, asset registers, and operational processes.
  • Assist with IT security compliance work and support internal or external audit activities.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure workstreams and regional technology projects.
  • Process incidents and service requests in the IT Service Management platform and ensure they are resolved promptly.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, technical support, or systems administration.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience using endpoint management platforms and software deployment tools.
  • Exposure to endpoint security products such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar solutions.
  • Good grasp of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise wireless systems such as Aruba, Ruckus, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise firewall and VPN setups such as SonicWall or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with service management systems like ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service approach.
  • Experience working in ISO 27001 environments will be considered an advantage.
