The role focuses on ensuring smooth laundry operations and maintaining service standards across all stages of the workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping in organizing and executing daily laundry operations.Supervise and review the work performed by the laundry team across receiving, washing, ironing, packing, and delivery activities.Make sure the established standard operating procedures for the laundry department are consistently followed.Escalate any issue that could affect the interests of Novotel Ahmedabad to management without delay.Qualifications and ExperienceA qualification in a hospitality-related field is required.At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector is needed.The candidate should be capable of assigning duties and responsibilities clearly and effectively.Additional InformationThis role calls for someone who works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the working environment.
