Responsibilities

• Design and execute procurement strategies across a range of categories.
• Oversee supplier performance, contractual arrangements, compliance, and risk controls.
• Spot opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
• Develop strong supplier partnerships and lead commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams to deliver business priorities.
• Promote procurement best practice, reporting discipline, and ongoing improvement.
• Incorporate sustainability and responsible sourcing into procurement processes.
• Guide and strengthen procurement capability within the team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on procurement matters.

Candidate profile

The right person will bring hands-on procurement experience from a complex organisation operating across multiple sites or services. You should be commercially sharp, confident in negotiations, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.

Experience in building procurement strategies, achieving savings, improving supplier performance, and managing sourcing and contracts is important. A collaborative mindset and a strong interest in continuous improvement are also key.

Package and benefits

The salary for this role is €70,000 to €90,000 per year, plus a car allowance, bonus, and a benefits package.
