Oversee the full returns workflow, including refunds and store credit once quality checks are completed, and ensure records are properly matched against the returns log. Handle product and site updates by uploading new products, collections, and content using the company’s standard PDP structure. Support inventory and operational work by completing regular stock reconciliations and bi-weekly stock counts. Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies to warehouse and merchandising teams. Assist with new product launches by confirming inventory availability, product setup, and merchandising readiness. Maintain trackers and internal documentation, including the unfulfilled orders tracker, and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on returns, inventory gaps, and fulfillment performance. Pull ATS reports for the sales team, help with cross-functional projects across ecommerce, operations, merchandising, and customer experience, and look for ways to make processes more efficient.
