Role overview
Arrow Components is hiring a Data Analyst to support master data management and data quality efforts. The role focuses on working closely with business and technical teams to clarify needs, analyze information, and help keep data processes consistent and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with major stakeholders to capture and clarify expectations for master data management.
- Carry out in-depth analysis to support business requirements and ongoing maintenance work.
- Work with business users, data stewards, and technical teams to align on requirements and expected outcomes.
- Track down and assess data quality and data consistency issues.
- Record findings, share issue updates, and help build and carry out mitigation plans.
- Handle ticket queues and make sure issue resolution is clear, accurate, and consistent.
Candidate profile
- Strong analytical ability with a proven capacity to gather, structure, examine, and communicate large amounts of information accurately and with close attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating across several stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and aligned to mission-focused work.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and strong ability to explore data.
- Exposure to master data management and/or data governance concepts is preferred.
- Experience with modern data platforms and reporting tools is preferred.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another analysis-oriented field is required. The role also calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or analytics.
Work arrangement
This is a hybrid position based in the Denver metropolitan area. The Panorama office requires in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Monday and Friday are work-from-home days.
Compensation and benefits
The annual hiring range is $80,100 to $100,100. Final compensation may differ depending on location, experience, education, and skill level. A target incentive, if applicable, will be finalized at the time of offer.
