Continuous Airworthiness Engineer

Job Summary

The CAMO Engineer is responsible for making sure technical airworthiness requirements, including airworthiness directives, are correctly applied. This role provides technical support to the maintenance and materials teams, while also coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring helicopter maintenance work. It also includes keeping maintenance documentation accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow aviation rules, safety standards, quality requirements, and export control obligations.
• Work in line with Airbus Helicopters management systems, internal policies, and procedures.
• Keep flight data current.
• Prepare and revise both short-term and long-term maintenance plans.
• Organize scheduled maintenance and coordinate follow-up work so deadlines are met.
• Preserve aircraft history records and manage archiving.
• Create and monitor routine cards and work orders.
• Set up and maintain both physical and digital aircraft records.
• Update airframe and engine logbooks.
• Create and monitor unscheduled maintenance work orders.
• Create and monitor configuration change work orders.
• Create and monitor defect and discrepancy work orders.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the employer.

Employment Details

The position is fixed-term and falls under the Customer Engineering, Technical Support, and Services job family. It is based onsite in Khamīs Mushayţ, ‘Asir, Saudi Arabia, and is part of Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance.
