About the role

As an Associate in Category & Program Marketing, you will drive marketing initiatives end to end for important categories.   • Plan and deliver monthly topical activations with the activations team.
  • Build and execute social media marketing plans alongside the social team.
  • Identify, brief, and manage influencer and creator partnerships that align with category priorities, taking ownership from start to finish.

Stakeholder management

  • Serve as the main contact for category, creative, monetization, central store, and external brand partner teams across campaign and launch work.
  • Keep leadership informed with timely updates on progress, performance, and risks.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth, high-quality execution.

Data, reporting, and customer engagement

  • Use Excel and BI tools to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and prepare weekly and monthly category reports.
  • Design retention campaigns and personalized customer journeys based on segmentation.
  • Convert performance data into clear insights that help shape GTM strategy and future planning.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or integrated marketing is needed.
