Role overviewThis role is responsible for leading the regional credit underwriting workflow for lending proposals, ensuring fast and well-controlled decisions while maintaining strong compliance with legal, documentation, and policy requirements. The position also requires ongoing monitoring of existing exposures, coordination with sales and credit teams, and leadership of a geographically distributed team supporting multiple business lines.Purpose of the roleThe objective of this position is to assess and manage credit proposals for the region, support quick lending decisions, identify and communicate risk factors, and ensure that exposures remain suitable through the full credit lifecycle.
