Role overview
This is a practical transformation position for someone who enjoys reworking how teams operate by placing AI directly into everyday workflows. You will work across several business areas to understand current processes, spot friction points, and redesign them so they run faster, smarter, and with better quality. The job is very hands-on: you will be inside the teams, not advising from the outside, and you will be expected to deliver solutions that people actually adopt in their day-to-day work.
The work blends workflow design, automation development, and change enablement. Success will be measured through real business outcomes such as time saved, shorter cycle times, improved quality, and stronger productivity. You will move through short, focused engagements with different teams, progressing from discovery to implementation and then to adoption.
The employer is seeking a proactive operator in Ireland who is confident using modern AI tools and turning complex, messy processes into scalable systems.
Core responsibilities
- Work alongside teams to map existing operating processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, uncover bottlenecks, and identify quality issues.
- Rebuild workflows with AI at the center, using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, n8n, or similar automation and workflow platforms.
- Create and roll out useful solutions including AI agents, prompt collections, automation sequences, and reusable workflow guides.
- Help teams adopt new processes through hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support so the changes are genuinely used.
- Track transformation outcomes with operational metrics such as time savings, reduced cycle times, cost efficiency, and productivity gains.
- Convert successful methods into repeatable playbooks and frameworks that can be applied across other teams and business units.
- Assist with bringing newly acquired or newly integrated teams up to speed by setting up AI-enabled workflows from the outset.
Experience and capabilities
- 4 to 5+ years of professional experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management, or a similar function.
- Strong practical use of modern AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex in everyday work.
- Ability to deconstruct complex processes into structured steps that can be automated and redesigned around AI.
- Hands-on experience creating automations, prompt systems, or lightweight agents with n8n or comparable tools.
- Proven change-management ability with a track record of helping teams adopt new tools and working methods.
- A self-starting, high-agency approach that works well in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
- Clear communication style with the ability to explain technical ideas in straightforward, practical language.
- Fluent English is required, along with a genuine curiosity for technical tooling and a willingness to learn by doing.
