AI / Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an inventive and outcome-focused AI / Machine Learning Engineer to strengthen the technology team. The position involves building, improving, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that address practical business needs and create better user experiences.

You will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable intelligent systems and AI-enabled products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, train, fine-tune, and release machine learning and AI models for business use cases.
• Design and support complete ML workflows covering data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Develop AI-driven features and products using machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI methods.
• Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to generate insights and improve model quality.
• Apply and tune ML algorithms to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Partner with data teams to clean, transform, and ready datasets for model building.
• Embed AI models into web applications, APIs, and live production environments.
• Track deployed model behavior and iteratively enhance existing solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for designs, workflows, model architecture, and implementation steps.
• Keep pace with new developments, tools, and best practices in AI, ML, and data science.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.
• Strong hands-on coding ability in Python.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data modeling approaches.
• Exposure to ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or comparable tools.
• Experience using data handling and analysis libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Working knowledge of APIs, software development fundamentals, and Git-based version control.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or generative AI use cases.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI agents.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and model release practices.
• A portfolio, GitHub profile, research output, internship experience, or practical AI/ML work that demonstrates capability.
