About the internship

This work-from-home internship is designed for an enthusiastic, detail-focused Talent Acquisition Intern who can support the recruitment function across the full hiring cycle. You will gain practical exposure to candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, interview coordination, onboarding support, and other core recruitment tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using job boards, social networks, professional communities, and internal talent pools.
• Review applications and narrow down profiles that match the role’s criteria and hiring standards.
• Reach out to shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Keep candidate information, hiring trackers, and applicant records accurate and up to date.
• Assist with the hiring process from initial sourcing through onboarding completion.
• Handle interview scheduling and logistics while ensuring candidates have a smooth experience.
• Draft offer letters, employment documents, and support pre-joining formalities.
• Contribute to onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain detailed hiring reports and documentation.
• Follow recruitment policies, hiring procedures, and organizational standards.
• Take on additional recruitment and talent acquisition tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work remotely, are available to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, and can commit to a 6-week internship. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Stipend and incentives

The internship offers a lump-sum stipend ranging from INR 13,345 to INR 20,784 per month. The payout structure includes fixed pay of ₹10,345 to ₹15,784 and incentive pay of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000.

Performance-based benefits

This internship includes a performance-linked reward system. The top 10 performers out of 60 interns will be offered a stipend of ₹20,000 and a full-time role as a Talent Acquisition Associate. All interns who successfully complete the internship will receive a completion certificate, and a letter of recommendation may be issued based on overall performance.
