About the internship

This in-office SEO internship at Tidal7 is designed for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in search optimization within a brand and digital agency environment. The role sits within a team that works across SEO, paid media, web and app development, and AI-led solutions. The program is intended not just as short-term support, but as a pathway to identify, train, and potentially absorb strong performers into full-time core team roles.

What you will do

• Publish and format content on a daily basis, including blog uploads, heading structure, and image alt text updates.
• Track keyword rankings every day and keep monitoring systems current.
• Apply on-page SEO improvements such as meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal links.
• Review technical SEO signals in Google Search Console, especially indexing and performance-related issues.
• Study competitors and research backlinks using tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Keep SEO trackers and reports updated with accurate, useful data.
• Handle day-to-day SEO tasks independently with a strong focus on precision and delivery.
• Support structured, detail-oriented SEO work aligned with client requirements and strategy.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, are based in Mumbai, and have relevant skills and genuine interest in SEO.

Additional requirements

• A solid conceptual understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical practices.
• Comfort using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to organize data well.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• A practical, execution-first approach with close attention to detail.
• Discipline, consistency, and readiness for repetitive, process-driven work.
• A clear interest in building a long-term career in SEO.
• Full-time availability for on-site work.

Compensation and timeline

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 6,000 to INR 12,000. There are 3 openings available. The internship runs for 6 months and is expected to begin immediately. The application deadline is 1 August 2026 at 23:59:59.
