About the internship

What you’ll do
- Connect with current and potential users through voice-based conversations.
- Learn about user interests, preferences, and engagement behavior.

- Help run outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the user experience and business results.

Additional requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Strong communication and people skills are important.
- You should be comfortable speaking with users over phone calls.
- Preferred language ability includes Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada, or Marathi.
- Ideal candidates are relationship-oriented, proactive, growth-minded, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are valued.
- Candidates who are excited about understanding users, driving growth, and gaining hands-on business development experience in a consumer-tech startup will be a strong fit.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000, split into a fixed component of INR 10,000 and an incentive component of INR 5,000.
