Role overview
Ryanair is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to join its engineering team in Dublin Airport, Ireland. This role sits within Europe’s largest airline group and supports the company’s planned growth to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests over the next 10 years. The position is based in the hangar at Dublin Airport and reports to the Training Manager, with a focus on expanding engineering operations over the coming decade.
What you will do
- Deliver both classroom-based and practical engineering training in accordance with approved training plans and regulatory standards.
- Make sure training delivery follows EASA Part-145, EASA Part-147, and relevant internal procedures.
- Assist the Training Site Lead with planning, organizing, and carrying out engineering training needs across the site.
- Offer continuous support, coaching, and performance guidance to apprentices and trainees as they progress.
- Conduct hands-on, on-the-job training for apprentices and trainees.
What we are looking for
- Substantial practical experience in aviation engineering, with the ability to turn real-world knowledge into effective training.
- A valid EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence is required, together with a Boeing 737 type rating.
- Strong ability to organize work and meet deadlines set by management.
- Comfortable working under pressure while still delivering on time.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the capability to design and deliver training programmes that meet operational needs.
- A valid EU passport and willingness to travel as required by the business.
