Role overview
DARA PEOPLE LTD. is hiring a Technical Programme Manager for a client-side data centre programme delivery environment in Singapore. This permanent role offers a monthly salary of SGD 9,350 to SGD 11,150 and has 2 openings. The position sits within a structured technical delivery setting where coordination, documentation, reporting, and governance are central to success.
You will support the Lead Client Technical Programme Manager across a major data centre product development and delivery programme. The work is coordination-intensive and requires strong accuracy, quick follow-through, and the ability to keep several technical workstreams moving at once.
This is not a site management position. Instead, it is focused on programme administration, information flow, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking within a client-side environment.
What you will do
- Organise meetings across product development, programme, and project teams.
- Document actions, decisions, issues, risks, and blockers from discussions in a clear and structured way.
- Keep issue registers, RFI trackers, action lists, and delivery logs up to date.
- Prepare weekly flash reports, quarterly updates, and broader status reporting.
- Build presentations, spreadsheets, work plans, and other programme materials.
- Assist with change policy workflows, bug coordination, and content packaging tasks.
- Manage documents and workflows using tools such as AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, or comparable systems.
- Track funding requests, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor-related paperwork.
- Check draft contracts, invoice rates, and submission completeness for accuracy.
- Support onboarding of engineering support resources.
- Act as a coordination point between client teams, vendors, consultants, and wider project stakeholders.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and blockers early so they can be addressed before they affect delivery.
- Support programme governance, commercial tracking, reporting discipline, and overall control of the workstream.
What the role requires
- A relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, project management, or another built-environment-related discipline.
- Experience in civil, structural, architectural, construction management, project controls, PMO, or technical programme delivery roles.
- Strong capability in reporting, documentation, and spreadsheet-based work.
- Comfort in handling trackers, actions, risks, RFIs, meetings, and stakeholder updates.
- Experience working in a structured client-side or technical project environment.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with consistent follow-through.
- The ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Preferred background
- Exposure to data centre or mission-critical projects is advantageous.
- Experience in high-tech, industrial, infrastructure, or complex construction programmes is helpful.
- Background working with large technology clients or client-side delivery teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with AODocs, Buganizer, eBuilder, ACC, BIM360, or similar platforms is desirable.
- Prior involvement in PMO, project controls, design coordination, or programme governance is beneficial.
- Experience tracking contracts, invoices, purchase orders, or funding requests will be useful.
Working environment
You will be part of a major data centre programme environment, supporting client-side technical delivery across product development, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role suits someone who values structure, process, detail, and delivery discipline rather than a purely site-based construction management track.
Best-fit profile
Suitable candidates may currently work as Technical Programme Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, PMO Managers, Project Controls Managers, Programme Coordinators, Design Coordinators, Design Managers, Construction Project Managers, Client-side Project Managers, Data Centre Project Coordinators, or Technical Delivery Coordinators.
