Role Overview

As a Talent Strategy Intern, you will help the company attract, keep, and develop strong talent. Because Consultport is growing quickly, this role plays an important part in shaping the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and connect with strong candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, and in-person events while ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
• Handle the full hiring process end to end, including drafting job postings, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.
• Support employer branding efforts by launching new initiatives, strengthening the employer image, developing partnerships with recruiting platforms and universities, and representing the company at events.
• Contribute to initiatives, guidelines, and best practices that help build a high-performing workplace in a hybrid environment.

• You enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds.
• You are inquisitive, ask thoughtful questions, and like understanding what motivates people.
• You take ownership seriously and are willing to step up and push projects ahead.
• You stay composed and effective even in uncertain or stressful situations.

Candidate Requirements

• You are close to graduating from university with a background in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• You have strong academic performance and can learn quickly while working at a high standard.
• The internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit, according to local internship rules.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
• English fluency is required; German or French is a plus.
