Job Overview
We seek a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive hiring efforts across diverse functions and regions as the company expands globally. This role demands hands-on recruitment management in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for positions spanning multiple departments and locations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp hiring needs and candidate profiles aligned with business priorities.
- Source, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including professional networks, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- Develop robust talent pipelines catering to current and future recruitment needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and perform market research to inform recruitment strategies.
- Manage interview scheduling and ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain detailed candidate data and recruitment activity records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide consistent updates on hiring status and insights to managers and stakeholders.
- Support enhancements to recruitment procedures, participate in hiring initiatives, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Work collaboratively with recruitment teams and organizational leaders to achieve overall hiring goals.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or staffing.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous job openings in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, and Engineering.
- Proficient in candidate evaluation and conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with effective stakeholder management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
- Adaptable and resilient with a proactive ownership mindset in a shifting environment.
- Background in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or rapidly growing businesses preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese are advantageous.

Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid working model, requiring presence at the local office at least three days each week, with flexibility for remote work on other days. Applicants should be based in or able to work from the London Area, United Kingdom.
