Role summary

The company is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to support several development teams in delivering practical, high-value solutions. This role is best suited to a certified Agile professional who has worked in multi-team environments, particularly on integration and migration work.

Location and employment type

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum practices for multiple cross-functional development teams.
• Run core Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog prioritized and ready for delivery.
• Clear blockers, encourage ongoing improvement, and help teams stay aligned with sprint objectives.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methods, Scrum principles, and effective collaboration.
• Coordinate work and communication across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps groups.
• Assist with technical programs such as system integrations, data migration, and cross-team delivery efforts.
• Monitor and report Agile metrics including velocity, burndown, and team performance trends.
• Build transparency, trust, and strong communication across all participating teams.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master credential such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent certification is required.
• At least 5 years of practical experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development settings.
• Experience supporting several development teams working on different technologies.
• Proven background in system integration and migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog, sprint, and workflow management.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; comparable experience may be accepted.
• Exposure to scaled Agile approaches such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Technical understanding or familiarity with software engineering concepts.
• Experience in enterprise-scale or multi-team Agile environments.

Compensation and benefits

Nevada hiring range: USD 125,000 to USD 135,000 annually.
