Role overviewThis position is focused on retail sales growth for the Vadodara market. The role involves building business through existing relationships, identifying fresh prospects, and working closely with distributors and channel partners to expand reach and improve regional performance.Retail sales executionSupport revenue growth by driving sales through the assigned network of relationships and helping the region meet its targets.Study market information to spot potential new customers, present offers directly, and coordinate with channel partners to strengthen sales.Evaluate distributor profiles and align solutions to their needs so that repeat business continues.Work toward adding the planned number of folios and generating the targeted volume of new SIPs.Distributor empanelment and engagementMaintain regular communication and meetings with distributors.Handle distributor empanelment and activation activities.Share product updates and other relevant information promptly.Plan and run training sessions and engagement initiatives for partners.Reporting, compliance, and brand supportFollow internal reporting and audit processes with complete compliance.Submit weekly updates to Regional Heads and Channel Heads.Keep the sales portal updated with the required data for collection and analysis.Arrange installation of promotional and publicity material to improve brand visibility.
