Role Overview
Cloudforce is looking for a Project Coordinator to help drive the delivery of cloud and AI engineering initiatives. This position blends project support, internal coordination, and PMO assistance, with a strong focus on keeping work organized and moving smoothly.
The coordinator will partner with the PMO and engineering teams, acting as a bridge between Cloudforce staff, stakeholders, and clients. The role includes administrative project coordination, maintaining agendas, notes, and calendars, and managing the PMO’s project tool, ClickUp.
The ideal candidate brings a polished, confident presence, strong communication skills, and a detail-focused approach to keeping projects clear, structured, and on track.
Location and Work Setup
National Harbor, MD. The role is hybrid and supports on-site presence for important client meetings in and around the DC-Metro area.
Compensation
The annual pay range is $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist Program and Project Managers with larger initiatives as needed, while independently coordinating smaller projects.
- Prepare weekly project updates covering budgets, status, key metrics, milestones, risks, and other relevant items.
- Organize project activities, resources, and supporting information.
- Help PMO staff with meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation tasks.
- Maintain document repositories for internal PMO use and client-facing materials.
- Draft and revise project and PMO documentation based on team or client needs.
- Act as the in-house point person for the PMO’s project management platform, ClickUp.
- Work with technical teams to break work into practical action items and realistic timelines.
- Represent Cloudforce on-site for selected client meetings across the DC-Metro region.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Comfort working independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management ability.
- Solid customer service and teamwork skills.
- Capability to act as a liaison, on-site representative, and facilitator for the company.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management basics and terminology such as CAPM, Agile, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Practical experience using project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Trello, MS Project, Planner, Airtable, Teams, Jira, and SharePoint is preferred.
