About the Role

Two openings are available in the Print House team: one for an experienced operator and another for someone who wants to begin or grow a career in print manufacturing. The position involves producing printed products to a high standard while keeping production timelines, quality expectations, and stock records accurate. You will work with different manufacturing teams to help ensure customer requirements are met on quality, functionality, and delivery timing.

Depending on your background, you may already have experience with commercial printing equipment or may receive full on-the-job training to build confidence and technical capability.

Key Duties

• Run and prepare print house machinery for production.
• Handle print work quickly and accurately.
• Create and manage work orders in SAP.
• Track production schedules so jobs are finished as planned.
• Maintain print output standards, including colour consistency.
• Keep an eye on toner, supplies, and other stock.
• Issue materials and keep inventory records up to date.
• Carry out regular stock checks and keep the work area tidy and orderly.
• Answer internal production questions and support other teams as needed.
• Help diagnose minor equipment issues and pass on larger faults for further support.
• Take part in Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and ongoing improvement activities.
• Work in line with health and safety rules and contribute to a positive team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate is positive, detail-focused, and committed to producing quality work. This role suits either an experienced print operator or a motivated learner who is ready to build new skills in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Experience for the Experienced Role

• Background in operating commercial or industrial printing equipment.
• Familiarity with production planning, work orders, and stock control.
• Comfort using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage several priorities and work through problems independently.
• A mindset focused on improvement, with willingness to guide or support others.

Experience for the Entry-Level Role

• Willingness to learn and develop technical abilities.
• Solid computer skills and clear communication.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and practical, hands-on work.
• Reliable work habits, initiative, and a get-stuck-in attitude.
• Positive, can-do approach.

Previous manufacturing or printing experience is useful but not required, as training will be provided.

Familiarity with Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite would be beneficial for either position, though it is not essential.
