Role overview
An international organization is looking for an experienced Operations Manager in the United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on improving day-to-day business performance, supporting growth, and keeping operations running efficiently.
What you will do
- Take charge of everyday business activities and make sure work is completed efficiently and productively.
- Create, roll out, and refine operational plans, internal policies, and standard procedures.
- Track how operations are performing and spot opportunities to improve.
- Handle budgets, resources, and operating expenses in a controlled and effective way.
- Work closely with different teams to keep business processes aligned and running smoothly.
- Guide, coach, and support operational staff to strengthen team performance.
- Make sure the organization follows internal rules, industry norms, and all relevant regulatory obligations.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Previous work experience in operations management or another leadership position with similar responsibilities.
- Strong ability to lead teams, stay organized, and make sound decisions.
- Clear communication skills along with a practical approach to solving problems.
- Comfort working on several priorities at once in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Prior exposure to process improvement and performance management would be an advantage.
