Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Accra is responsible for coordinating day-to-day relocation and storage operations. The Logistics Coordinator plans schedules for moving teams, vehicles, and equipment to support punctual pickups, deliveries, and storage transfers. The role also involves maintaining inventory records, keeping movement logs accurate, and making sure bookings and job updates are communicated clearly to customers and internal colleagues.

Key Duties

The role includes monitoring workflow, resolving scheduling clashes, supporting smooth job execution, and helping to maintain quality and safety across logistics activities. It also requires identifying ways to improve processes and ensuring that operational tasks are handled efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, where they can interpret information, organize priorities, and solve day-to-day operational problems. They should communicate well with drivers, teams, and customers, and bring a professional, service-oriented approach to issue resolution. Experience with inventory control, storage tracking, routing, warehousing, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, or other logistics systems will be valuable. Strong organization, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks at once are important for this role.

Preferred Background

Prior work in logistics, moving services, warehousing, or a related area is preferred. A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a similar field is an added advantage.
