This contract HR Coordinator position is based onsite in Tampa, Florida. The focus of the role is on employee offboarding and separation administration, including processing terminations, handling retirement and contract-end workflows, updating HR data that affects final pay, preparing separation paperwork, and ensuring all steps meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter and process voluntary and involuntary termination actions in Workday or other HR platforms.

Pay and compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $35.08 to $35.08.
