Housekeeper / Cleaner

About the Role

Get You Housekeeping is a long-running professional home housekeeping service operating across Sydney and Brisbane for 14 years. The work focuses on recurring weekly cleaning for private households rather than one-off jobs or commercial sites. This opportunity is for housekeepers in or near Malabar, Queensland, Australia, or those who can travel locally to nearby suburbs.

What the Role Offers

• Hourly pay between $33.84 and $47.75, with wages paid every Tuesday
• Regular weekly shifts with the same households
• Work only on weekdays; no weekends or late-night shifts
• Shifts typically run for at least 3 to 4 hours
• Cleaning supplies and products are supplied by the client
• Paid face-to-face training before commencement
• Guidance from a supportive and professional management team
• Potential advancement for dependable, consistent staff

Key Duties

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
• Make beds and replace bedding when needed
• Handle laundry tasks such as folding and ironing
• Carry out general tidying and light home organisation

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning
• Based in Malabar or able to commute locally
• Available any weekday from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
• Comfortable communicating in conversational English
• Currently in Australia with valid permission to work
• Working Holiday Visa applicants need strong cleaning experience and a minimum six-month commitment

Important Notes
