EY is looking for a GhostDraft Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience to support document automation work for its Trivandrum team. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving document solutions using the GhostDraft platform while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

What you will do
- Use the GhostDraft platform hands-on to configure and manage document automation solutions.
- Create, modify, and maintain templates, forms, and document types.
- Build complex documents and keep existing templates aligned with changing business needs.
- Make sure all document outputs follow business rules and regulatory standards.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and capture content requirements.
- Apply knowledge of system development, document generation logic, and database integration.
- Handle structured data sources and set up automated document workflows.
- Partner with technical teams to integrate document solutions with other systems.
- Find and fix issues related to document generation, formatting, and automation performance.
- Provide continued support and improvements for document management processes.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, including explaining technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Bring exposure to other document automation tools and familiarity with insurance or financial services domains.
What we are looking for
- Strong working knowledge of GhostDraft for document automation and optimization.

- Good troubleshooting skills for resolving issues in automation tools and processes.
