Role overview
The company is looking for an experienced Foreman for the Munster area with substantial construction experience. The role focuses on maintaining a high standard of workmanship, making sure work is carried out in line with regulations, and meeting both general and project-specific requirements. You will work closely with site teams to help deliver the project to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Foreman will oversee general concrete work activities on site and support successful project delivery through close coordination with site personnel.
Key duties
- Partner with the Health and Safety function to help maintain a safe and compliant worksite.
- Organise, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance, including reporting on progress.
- Track the agreed project timeline and provide regular updates.
- Offer clear guidance and keep colleagues motivated.
- Collaborate effectively as part of the site team.
Skills and experience required
- Significant experience in a similar foreman or supervisory position.
- Proven ability to manage teams and large numbers of contractors.
- Capability to work to strict deadlines and tight schedules.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Comfort working in a team-based environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
