Role overview

A manufacturing company in Hosur is looking to hire a Finance Head for a high-priority opening. The role is suited to a senior finance professional who can lead accounting, reporting, compliance, treasury, and team management functions in a manufacturing environment.

Position details

• Qualification needed: CA is mandatory.
• Minimum experience: 5 years.
• Industry background: Manufacturing.
• Work location: Hosur.
• Team management: Prior experience leading at least 5 team members.

Core responsibilities

• Run the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process with accuracy and within deadlines.
• Develop financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Handle preparation and submission of corporate tax returns and related statutory compliance work.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, and Advance Tax processes while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Build and review budgets, MIS reports, and financial forecasts to aid business decisions.
• Track and manage cash flow, fixed deposit receipts, letters of credit, bank guarantees, term loans, and working capital needs.
• Support statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits by keeping records and compliance documents ready on time.
• Prepare financial inputs and presentations for Board meetings and management reviews.
• Lead day-to-day cash planning and treasury activities to maintain liquidity and optimize fund usage.
• Work with exposure areas such as AR, AP, treasury, forex evaluation, contingent liabilities, deferred tax, CARO, advance tax dates, inventory, internal audits, CAPEX advance and treatment, GST & TDS, financial reporting, and IFC.

Eligibility
