Facilities Services Supervisor

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for supervising facility management service delivery across the assigned locations, making sure client requirements, quality benchmarks, technical expectations, and budget targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure all activities follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead and technically guide maintenance teams so work is delivered to the expected quality level.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules at every assigned site.
• Spot site-related risks and work with EHS teams to put corrective actions in place.
• Coordinate on-site teams to ensure uninterrupted service coverage and a positive client experience.
• Track team output, review performance, and identify training or development needs.
• Assist the Facilities Manager with technical input and maintenance-related recommendations.
• Compile and summarize operational and technical reports covering property performance.
• Keep technical records and documentation current for all assigned sites.
• Suggest upgrades to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance work according to the planned schedule.
• Supervise contractors and confirm services are completed on time and to standard.
• Handle any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in facilities management or building services in a supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience overseeing service delivery, team performance, and maintenance operations.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of building systems and technical installations, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and compliance standards.
