नोकरीचे वर्णन
About the Role
This position is central to the executive operations of two expanding behavioral health organizations. You will collaborate directly with the Co-CEOs, assisting with high-priority initiatives, managing essential administrative tasks, and engaging in projects related to finance, contracts, credentialing, and systems. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, capable of bringing structure to unstructured situations, and can take initiative with minimal supervision. The role offers daily variety and dynamic challenges.
About the Organizations
At Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC), we are dedicated to meaningful work and fostering a supportive environment. This is not a role where you simply perform tasks; you will be closely involved with leadership, gain insight into decision-making processes, and play a crucial part in optimizing the operations of both behavioral health organizations. If you seek a secure position with opportunities for growth, engaging work, and the development of trust over time, this is an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive inboxes, prioritizing, acting upon, and organizing communications on behalf of the Co-CEOs.
- Handle financial administrative duties, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable, reconciling credit card statements, and categorizing expenses.
- Oversee the review, organization, and maintenance of contracts, agreements, and confidential organizational documents.
- Facilitate medical credentialing processes and manage associated documentation for both organizations.
- Assist with software implementation, CRM integrations, and platform administration, acting as a point of contact for system-related inquiries.
- Process daily incoming faxes and mail, ensuring timely routing and resolution.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, trackers, and operational reports.
- Contribute to special projects as organizational needs arise.
- Provide support for internal operations, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, managing correspondence, and coordinating across departments.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administrative support, operations, or executive assistance.
- Proficiency in navigating various software platforms and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems; prior CRM or EMR experience is advantageous.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to enhance these abilities on the job.
- A highly independent and self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities effectively with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach, ensuring high-quality work and follow-through.
- Seeking a long-term, stable role with opportunities for lateral growth, skill development, and becoming an integral part of the leadership's operational support.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain composure under changing circumstances.
