Key responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues to exchange insights and support the firm’s investment process and strategy.
• Keep informed about market movements, macroeconomic trends, and company-specific updates that could affect investments.

What makes a strong candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or CFA is often advantageous.
• Three to five years of experience as an Equity Analyst or in a comparable role, with a strong record of stock research and recommendation-making.
• Excellent analytical ability and financial modelling expertise, along with strong command of Excel and financial data platforms such as Bloomberg.
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information into concise, well-supported investment views.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investing.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and careful attention to detail.
• A well-developed network within the investment community is a plus.
