5614 Marketing is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support experiential marketing work in Denver, CO. This is a one-year hybrid contract with a possibility of moving into a full-time position later. Key responsibilities
Support the planning, setup, execution, and closeout of marketing initiatives, including sampling events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record clear minutes with action items.
Keep project files, timelines, trackers, and status updates current throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Monitor milestones and deadlines, and help ensure tasks are completed on time.
Serve as a communication point between internal teams, clients, vendors, and venue contacts.
Help coordinate event logistics such as travel, shipping, staffing, and on-site kits.
Provide on-site support when needed, including some weekends, and assist with setup and breakdown.
Gather feedback, compile results, and help create recap reports or case studies after projects are completed.

Familiarity with experiential marketing, event management, or basic project management tools is an advantage.
Project management or event-planning certifications are not mandatory, but they can help candidates stand out.
Physical and scheduling requirements
Ability to travel within the U.S. for occasional events or client meetings, with travel arranged in advance and expenses covered.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to commute locally in the Denver area are required.
Willingness to work evenings or weekends when events demand it.
Ability to stay on your feet for long stretches during event days.
Capability to lift and carry materials weighing about 25 to 30 pounds.
Comfort working in office, home office, or virtual meeting environments when not on site.
