Role overview

Bones Coffee Company is looking for an experienced, detail-focused Ecommerce Manager for DTC growth. This role centers on managing and improving day-to-day performance marketing and customer lifecycle initiatives to strengthen revenue, marketing efficiency, and overall growth in the CPG and ecommerce space.   • Contribute to the expansion and optimization of subscription and loyalty programs to drive repeat revenue and stronger customer engagement.
  • Work closely with creative, product, finance, operations, and agency partners.
  • Build testing plans and reporting dashboards that improve campaign results and tracking.

Experience and qualifications
