Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks of the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety policies.
• Prepare food items according to standards.
• Adhere to Bakewell manual training and guidelines.
• Manage stock levels and control inventory.
• Deliver an exceptional food experience to customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly business goals.
