Compensation

Key responsibilities
- Enter patient demographics, insurance details, and clinical information into billing systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Check paper and digital records for mistakes and fix inconsistencies to protect data quality.
- Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality and follow data protection procedures.
- Sort source documents, review them carefully, and identify the information that needs to be recorded.
- Support the billing and coding team by locating information and helping with administrative tasks when needed.
- Carry out regular verification steps and quality checks to maintain reliable records.
Required qualifications
- Prior work experience in data entry or a comparable administrative position.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong planning and time-management ability, with the capacity to juggle several tasks.
- Professional judgment and care when dealing with confidential records.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
