About the Role
Constructor’s purpose is to help educational institutions deliver high-quality digital learning to 10 times more people with 10 times greater efficiency. The platform combines machine intelligence and data science to tackle major challenges in education and research, including unequal access, fragmented technology, and low student engagement.
This position owns the full analytics workflow: defining how success is measured, turning data into insights, and informing product as well as model decisions. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and machine learning teams while helping build the analytical backbone of an AI software development initiative. The role is best suited to someone with at least 3 years of data analytics experience and a proven record of shaping product decisions in a fast-paced technical environment.
Key Objective
Convert raw product, behavioural, and model data into reliable, easy-to-understand insights that enable faster and better decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work with product and engineering stakeholders to define metrics, measurement approaches, and success frameworks.
- Develop and keep data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting assets up to date.
- Examine product, behavioural, and model datasets to identify practical business and product insights.
- Contribute to experiment planning and analysis for A/B tests.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple data sources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a closely related quantitative position.
- Strong SQL skills, plus working knowledge of Python or R for analytical work.
- Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of statistics and experiment design.
- Ability to communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Nice-to-have experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Optional familiarity with ML workflows, model evaluation metrics, and GitLab for version control of analysis code and pipelines.
- Exposure to EdTech or AI-based products is an advantage.
