Data Analyst (Entry/Junior)

Role Overview

We are seeking an early-career Data Analyst who can turn raw information into clear, useful insights that help guide business decisions and support growth. This role is suited to someone who is detail-focused, comfortable working with numbers, and eager to build a career in analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple business systems and prepare it for analysis by cleaning, organizing, and structuring it properly.
• Review datasets to spot trends, patterns, and practical insights that can inform decisions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for business use.
• Track KPIs and other operational metrics on an ongoing basis.
• Run data checks, validate outputs, and help maintain reporting accuracy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business expectations.
• Share findings and recommendations in a concise, understandable way.
• Contribute to analytics initiatives and process-improvement efforts that rely on data.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting principles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or comparable analytical tools is a plus.
• Good analytical judgment and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets carefully and efficiently.
• A degree, diploma, or relevant training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
