Role Overview
We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into practical insights that can guide business decisions and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
- Examine datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and useful insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual charts to communicate results effectively.
- Track key performance indicators and other business metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Assist with checking data accuracy and supporting quality control activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting and analysis needs.
- Summarize findings and recommendations in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way.
- Contribute to data-focused initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings to others.
- Capability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
- A background or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
