Role Overview

The Data Analyst will play a key role in turning user and marketing data into decisions that improve growth, retention, rewards, and acquisition performance. What You Will Do

  • Measure how incentives and product changes affect retention by using causal analysis to identify the drivers of long-term lifetime value.
  • Own the full A/B testing process, including test design, statistical power checks, execution, and interpretation of results across product, rewards, and user acquisition workstreams.
  • Use predictive analytics to evaluate user behaviour and marketing activity, including forecasting return on ad spend and spotting valuable user segments.
  • Build and refine segmentation approaches that support product improvements, marketing strategy, and personalised experiences.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and User Acquisition teams to review performance data and turn findings into practical optimisation plans.
  • Apply advanced SQL and Python to perform complex analysis, develop analytical models, and support data structures used for prediction.
  • Present insights in a clear, persuasive way and help teams understand how to use analytical findings beyond standard reporting.

What You Need

  • At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, ideally with a focus on business performance, user behaviour, and growth metrics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with statistics, technical analysis, A/B testing, data modelling, and assessment of algorithmic data solutions.
  • Advanced ability in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and statistical modelling.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and modelling principles used in analytics.
  • Experience partnering with marketing, product, and data science teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to explain complex findings clearly to different audiences and influence data-backed decisions.
