About Thrivin

Thrivin Gymwear is a rapidly expanding women’s activewear label founded in 2023. The brand is centered on the idea that great-looking activewear helps women feel strong and confident. Its products are designed to sculpt, support, and perform in both workouts and everyday wear. With a large and growing international audience and a marketing approach built around performance, creative content is a key driver of the company’s growth.

Role Overview

Thrivin is seeking a highly organised, detail-focused Creative Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of its Creative and Performance Marketing functions. The role is responsible for supporting the back-end systems that keep creative work structured, reviewed, tagged, and easy for teams to find and use.

You will collaborate with designers, video editors, content creators, marketers, and creative managers to keep creative workflows running smoothly. This is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, likes working behind the scenes, and has an interest in marketing, content, and ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

The Creative Assistant will help manage asset organisation, quality checks, digital libraries, approved creative resources, and cross-team coordination. The position also involves improving internal processes, keeping trackers and documentation updated, and helping teams prepare campaign content efficiently.

Creative Asset Organisation

  • Maintain and structure creative files across internal storage systems and content libraries.
  • Apply internal naming rules and folder hierarchies consistently.
  • Keep file records and asset databases accurate and aligned.
  • Support the organisation of materials from campaigns, photoshoots, creator collaborations, and new product launches.

Content Quality Control

  • Check finished creative files before launch to make sure they are accurate and consistent.
  • Verify naming, formatting, sizing, and delivery specifications.
  • Spot missing assets, errors, or mismatches before publication.
  • Raise issues and work with the relevant teams to get corrections made.

Digital Asset Management

  • Oversee and update the company’s creative asset library.
  • Upload, label, sort, and categorise creative files.
  • Maintain metadata and content classification systems.
  • Help teams quickly find the content they need.
  • Contribute to building scalable asset management workflows as the business expands.

Music and Creative Resource Management

  • Create and maintain well-organised libraries of approved music and creative resources.
  • Sort assets by mood, style, campaign, and intended use.
  • Ensure internal teams can easily access approved materials.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work alongside Creative, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Influencer, and Ecommerce teams.
  • Support operational projects and process improvements across the creative department.
  • Assist with campaign preparation, content organisation, and creative workflow coordination.
  • Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, operations, project coordination, marketing support, content management, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities to manage.
  • Background supporting creative, marketing, ecommerce, or content-focused teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured working style.
  • Strong ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy.
  • Comfort handling large volumes of digital content and assets.
  • Solid administrative and coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks carefully without compromising quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content production.
  • Understanding of concepts such as customer awareness stages, buyer personas, direct-response marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Ability to recognise the purpose of different creative assets and sort them appropriately.
  • Interest in performance marketing, content strategy, and ecommerce growth.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to learn and work in new systems and software.
  • Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Experience using digital asset management platforms is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and content libraries.
