The business is focused on offering distinctive, well-made items to customers across India and operates in a quick-moving, customer-first environment where learning and growth are encouraged.Role overviewThe trainee will support the day-to-day flow of e-commerce operations, with responsibilities spanning order handling, dispatch coordination, listing updates, customer support, and record management. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.Key responsibilitiesHandle daily online orders and coordinate dispatch work.Liaise with the warehouse and packing teams to keep fulfillment on track.Refresh product listings, stock levels, and pricing across sales platforms.Manage customer issues related to returns, exchanges, and queries.Track order progress and help ensure deliveries go out on time.Prepare reports and keep operational documentation organized.Work with courier partners and vendors to support smooth order movement.Maintain order-related records and prepare invoices, waybills, ASN documents, and similar paperwork.RequirementsApplicants must be based in Mumbai only.Graduation with a strong academic track record and good CGPA is expected.Previous work experience is preferred, though not mandatory.A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership and initiative is important.Additional informationNo prior experience is required for this role.
