Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to take charge of construction initiatives from planning through completion. In this role, you will coordinate activities across the project lifecycle, keep operations running efficiently, and make sure delivery stays aligned with timelines and budget limits.

The right candidate should be comfortable with a broad range of construction methods and able to bring together engineers, architects, contractors, and other specialists to achieve strong project outcomes. This position calls for sharp analytical thinking, strong planning ability, and excellent organization.

The main objective is to complete every project on schedule, meet all specified requirements, and avoid cost overruns.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical details.
• Discuss and finalize agreements with external vendors so commercial terms remain favorable.
• Secure the necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Estimate and arrange all required resources, including labor, machinery, and materials, while staying within budget.
• Build the construction schedule and sequence project stages so deadlines are achieved.
• Procure materials and equipment, and keep inventory under review to avoid shortages.
• Recruit contractors and supporting staff, then assign duties appropriately.
• Oversee laborers, mechanics, and other site personnel, providing direction whenever needed.
• Track project progress and prepare clear, detailed status reports.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and escalate any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction projects from beginning to end.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and execution methods.
• Ability to coordinate multiple professionals and manage cross-functional collaboration.
