About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced clinical study professional who can apply trial management expertise to AI and healthcare research work. The focus is on bringing structure, pace, and quality control to complex studies so they remain on track, within budget, and aligned with high standards.
The position is fully remote and built for a flexible contract arrangement. It is aimed at seasoned clinical operations specialists who are comfortable managing multiple moving parts and supporting impactful research work with a strong project-management mindset.

What You Will Be Doing
- Tracking study schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure clinical projects stay on time.
- Handling study budgets, financial projections, and expense monitoring across vendors and research collaborators.
- Liaising with CROs, investigative sites, and internal stakeholders to support efficient study delivery.
- Spotting operational risks early, working through issues, and keeping everyone informed and aligned during the full study cycle.
- Using practical clinical experience to contribute to AI training initiatives connected to healthcare research.
Profile We Are Looking For
- A professional with hands-on experience managing clinical trial timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Someone who has worked effectively with CROs, outside vendors, and cross-functional research teams.
- A person who can manage several workstreams at once while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and solving operational problems calmly and efficiently.
- Independent, dependable, and effective in a remote working setup.
Preferred Background
- Experience with data annotation, evaluation tasks, or data quality review is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI tools or healthcare AI research settings would be useful.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, ICH-GCP requirements, or clinical data management is beneficial.
