Role Overview

Dinar Property Management, a property management and real estate services company in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an experienced Cleaner for full-time onsite work. The role focuses on keeping residential apartments and villas clean, organized, and maintained to a high standard.

What You Will Do

• Carry out routine cleaning activities across apartments and villas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other rooms as required.
• Remove waste, empty bins, and ensure garbage is handled in a clean and hygienic way.
• Look after cleaning tools and supplies by keeping them in proper condition and storing them correctly.
• Inform the supervisor or manager about any damage, repair needs, or maintenance concerns noticed during work.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines while performing daily duties.
• Support any extra cleaning assignments or special tasks when needed.

Candidate Profile

The company is seeking someone with prior cleaning experience, ideally in residential environments such as apartments or villas. The right candidate should understand cleaning methods, products, and equipment, and be able to work effectively with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail, physical endurance, and a cooperative attitude are important for this position.

Compensation and Work Details
