Slim Sassy Strong Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based women’s wellness education company looking for one Assistant Operations Manager to join its remote team. The position is designed for someone who already has solid onsite experience and wants a long-term career path without the daily commute.
This is a full-time remote role with a clear progression track into Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, based on performance and responsibility rather than tenure alone.
Compensation and growth path
- Month 1: training phase with a fixed pay of PHP 20,000.
- Phase 2: Assistant Operations Manager role starting at PHP 28,000, with KPI-based progression.
- Phase 3: Operations Manager earning PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000.
- Advanced level: Senior Operations Manager at PHP 45,000+.
- Top performers may also get the chance to travel to Singapore for company events and operational work.

You will work closely with Singapore leadership as a remote extension of the business. The role is hands-on and client-facing, and it requires a professional, organized approach.
- Manage executive calendars and protect leadership time.
- Handle structured email communication and client follow-ups.
- Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and task completion across the team.
- Speak with clients directly in a professional and confident manner.
- Support the consult pipeline and coordinate the handoff from marketing to operations.
- Keep SOPs, process documents, and operational records up to date.
