Role overviewAmazon is hiring an Account Management Associate in Gurugram, Haryana. This position focuses on working closely with high-performing marketplace sellers, helping them scale their businesses and improve their overall performance.What you will doHandle a portfolio made up of top sellers on the marketplace.Drive seller growth by turning business data into practical insights and tailored growth plans.Act as the seller’s advocate within the marketplace and support their business needs.Maintain strong communication with sellers, set clear expectations, share status updates, and keep progress aligned to growth goals.Advise sellers on effective business operations that help create a strong customer experience.Review data in depth to identify trends, business performance patterns, and future opportunities, then convert findings into recommendations and action steps.Work with internal teams to remove blockers for sellers and speed up processes where needed.RequirementsAt least 1 year of sales experience is required.A bachelor’s degree is required.Strong understanding of seller management and growth planning.Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.Clear communication and relationship management skills.Preferred background2 or more years of sales experience is preferred.Equal opportunity and supportThe company notes that its inclusive work culture is designed to help employees achieve strong results for customers.
