Role summary

The Warehouse Lead Worker will help improve warehouse operations and internal material movement in a blade manufacturing environment. The role focuses on making material flow smoother, strengthening system usage, and supporting day-to-day logistics coordination across several teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with Factory Logistics, Local PEX, Global PEX, Production, Digital Solutions, and other stakeholders to review and improve the full internal material flow from inbound receipt through to delivery at the production line.
  • Spot opportunities to improve warehouse configuration, storage efficiency, and picking performance, then help implement the required physical and system changes.
  • Investigate material flow issues and process bottlenecks, identify the root cause, and drive corrective actions to avoid repeat problems.
  • Act as a master user and subject matter expert for SAP HERO, SAP WM, and Apriso eKanban Material Replenish modules.
  • Ensure warehouse operators use the systems correctly and provide first-level support for system-related issues.
  • Support testing and rollout of new system features and upgrades.

Qualifications

The preferred background is ITI or Diploma, along with 10 to 15 years of experience in blade manufacturing.
