Soft Skills Trainer

About the Role

Koncept Global Books, part of Arihant Publications, is hiring a Soft Skills Trainer to lead learning sessions that support personal growth, communication improvement, and overall life-skills development. The position is based in Delhi and may require travel to schools for workshops.

What You Will Do

• Plan and conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars centered on soft skills and life skills.
• Understand participant needs and adapt the session content to suit the audience.
• Develop, refresh, and maintain training content so it stays useful and up to date.
• Offer one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to help learners strengthen their abilities.
• Work with fellow trainers and related professionals to improve the quality of training delivery.
• Track the effectiveness of programs and assess the change they create in participants.
• Keep pace with current practices, tools, and trends in training and development to improve future sessions.

Additional Requirement

The role requires a willingness to travel, as workshops will be conducted at schools.

Who Can Apply
