Role Overview

This position is centered on college outreach, relationship-building, and admission support through ambassador and placement-office engagement. The role involves direct communication with educational institutions and active coordination across calls, meetings, and field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to colleges and other educational institutions to create new engagement opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of colleges along with important contact details.
• Arrange meetings and participate in introductory discussions both offline and virtually.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with placement officers.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Encourage placement officers to become active advocates for the organization.
• Identify promising student ambassadors, onboard them, and support their ongoing involvement.
• Support admission growth through ambassador-driven campaigns, activities, and outreach efforts.
