Role Overview

This internship is for a Life Skills Trainer profile working with school students. The position focuses on supporting training sessions that help students build important life skills and progress toward their potential. Strong spoken and written English skills are important for communication, training support, and preparation of learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will assist the training team in planning and delivering life-skills sessions, preparing resources, evaluating outcomes, and supporting workshops and school-based activities across Delhi NCR.

Training and Session Support

• Support trainers while they conduct interactive sessions on different life skills topics.
• Help make the sessions engaging and effective for school students.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training events and workshops at schools.

Content and Documentation

• Create training materials and other learning resources that support the program.
• Prepare assessments and compile reports based on training activities.
• Track how well the training programs are performing and share updates.

Teamwork and Improvement

• Work closely with other team members to keep the training approach consistent.
• Stay updated on current practices and trends in training and development.
• Contribute ideas that can help improve the overall learning experience.

Additional Information

The selected candidate should be willing to travel across Delhi NCR and also work from the Noida office when required.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to applicants from Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and Noida who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months and can begin between 6 Jun 2026 and 11 Jul 2026.
